By accessing or using BrandSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use BrandSnap for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription tier:
- Free: 3 generations/month, watermarked images
- Pro: Unlimited generations, no watermark, commercial use
- Agency: All Pro features plus API access and white-label export
3. Generated Content
You retain ownership of the brand assets generated using BrandSnap. However, you may not use the generated content:
- To infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- To create misleading or deceptive content
- To generate illegal or harmful content
4. Payment & Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the service extensively.
5. Limitation of Liability
BrandSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
